▪ Developed a 911 dispatch backup web application using .Net Core (C#) that allows 911 call takers to manage new calls and import calls from a replicated database of the main 911 dispatch system. 911 dispatchers no longer lose any call information when the main system goes down unexpectedly and their response times have dramatically improved during system downtimes.
▪ Developed a training application using .Net Framework (C#) to track and rate new 911 dispatchers progress during their training period. The system for training new dispatchers is now much more organized which helps to train higher quality 911 dispatchers.
▪ Developed a web application with active 911 call information for media companies, they can now see active 911 calls with masked addresses and limited information. This saved dispatchers and media companies time and resources as previously they would call in to 911 dispatch to stay up to date on what was happening in the county.
▪ Developed a tow company rotation web application using .Net Core (C#), tow companies in Weber and Morgan county can now easily see where they are at on the rotation. This saved time and resources for the 911 dispatchers and tow companies because they no longer need to call in to ask where they are at on the list.
